RUCQR Notes

    • The upper anchorage locations should be located on the back of the seat just below the headrest, behind a velcro cover. You should also have plenty of room once these covers are lifted.
    • The ISOFix points are slightly off center which may impede the installation of some car seats
    • The vehicle's seats lay back which can assist during installation, bringing the seats back to the upright position to correct the angle of the seat install.
    Warning:
     Risk of injury if the rear bench seat/rear seat and seat backrest are not engaged If the rear bench seat/rear seat and seat backrest are not engaged they could fold forwards, e.g. when braking suddenly or in the event of an accident.If this is the case, the vehicle occupant would be forced into the seat belt by the rear bench seat/rear seat or by the seat backrest. The seat belt cannot protect as intended and could result in additional injury.
    Objects or loads in the trunk/cargo compartment cannot be restrained by the seat backrest.
    Make sure that the seat backrest and the rear bench seat/rear seat are engaged before every trip.
    If the rear seat backrest is not engaged and locked, the red lock verification indicator will be visible.
