Targeted towards rideshare, taxi services, bus lines and other transport services this program will give your teams the opportunity to develop skills your clients expect to experience. This program can be completed at your team’s own pace using the Digital training, or with Face to Face sessions if hands on learning is preferred. A new Internal Training program has also been developed where we not only train an Internal Trainer in your team, but help them develop a program they can use in conjunction with our Digital Training program for rapid, cost efficient, quality onboarding. Due to the nature of the industry, this program is only available with a corporate membership because your entire team will need support in best supporting your customers. Corporate members are also eligible for public listing on the Find A Provider program in conjunction with the ACRI Accredited member logo for their media.
