Program E is custom designed for workshop and dealership teams who are working in “Remove and Restore” environments. This course will teach your teams how to manage client expectation, risk minimisation strategies, all centred around the Australian Standards and industry best practices. It’ll teach teams how to efficiently document incoming work correctly, allowing morning shifts to complete works on vehicles and afternoon shifts to “Restore” the installation as the client expects – but in according with Australian Standards removing much of the risk to the organisation. The courses can be completed in either Face to Face or Digital formats, and although the industry tends to be more hands on learning the Digital program is essential for larger companies setting up Internal Trainers with the Train the Trainer program. This program will alleviate the risk for the companies Internal Trainer managing updates to Australian Standards, keeping them right to focus on rapidly onboarding new team members and maintaining your organisation’s safe practices – saving your company money.
