‘R’ Program: Child Car Safety Seats for Retail exposures




This ACRI training program ‘R’ is aimed at empowering suppliers of Child Car
Safety Seats to enhance their customer relationships.

Client satisfaction and loyalty are challenging to secure. In
respect to Child restraint / Safety Seat sales there are several challenges
that are not always obvious to the supplier.

Every aspect of child restraint purchase and use
can be seriously influenced by an individuals personal understanding or
experience. This can occur whether that individual is a client, retail manager
or sales staff and even in the marketing or engineering departments, personal
perspectives come into play.
