Note 1: Be careful to engage the tether clip to the correct anchorage as it can easily be mistaken for the metal bar above. See Vehicle Image A. The incorrect point is both thicker, and wider than the correct anchorage point so if you do happen to engage the tether to the incorrect point you may have to "encourage" the tongue of the tether to stay depressed while you find the correct angle to get it off.
